Electronic Communications Consent

This Electronic Communications Consent ("Consent") applies to your use of the Wennig Wealth platform ("Platform") and your brokerage account with Alpaca Securities LLC ("Alpaca"). By accepting this Consent, you agree that Wennig Wealth and Alpaca may communicate with you electronically instead of by paper mail. This Consent satisfies the requirements of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("ESIGN Act") and applicable state uniform electronic transactions acts.

1. Communications Covered

The following types of communications may be delivered to you electronically:

• Account-opening documents and agreements;
• Privacy notices and policy updates;
• Trade confirmations and order acknowledgments;
• Account statements and tax documents (e.g., Form 1099);
• Margin calls and maintenance notices;
• Regulatory disclosures and proxy materials;
• Platform service notices, security alerts, and feature updates;
• Subscription billing receipts and renewal notices.

2. Methods of Delivery

Electronic communications will be delivered via one or more of the following methods:

• Email to the address associated with your account;
• In-app notifications and messages within the Platform;
• SMS or push notifications to your mobile device;
• Posting to a secure document center accessible through your account, with email notification of availability.

3. Your Responsibilities

To ensure you receive electronic communications, you agree to:

• Maintain a valid email address and promptly update it if it changes;
• Monitor your email inbox, spam, and junk folders for communications from Wennig Wealth and Alpaca;
• Ensure your device has the necessary hardware and software to access and read electronic documents (including PDF files);
• Notify us promptly if you are unable to access electronic communications.

4. Right to Request Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic communication at no additional charge by contacting us through the support channel available within the Platform. We will send the paper copy within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Withdrawing This Consent

You may withdraw this Consent at any time by contacting us through the support channel within the Platform. Upon withdrawal, we will resume paper delivery of future communications. However, withdrawal may limit your ability to use certain Platform features, and your brokerage account may be subject to closure if electronic delivery cannot be replaced with paper delivery.

6. Updating Contact Information

You are responsible for keeping your email address, phone number, and mailing address current. If any contact information becomes invalid and electronic communications are returned as undeliverable, we may suspend your account or take other protective measures.

7. Binding Effect

This Consent remains in effect until withdrawn. Your acceptance of this Consent during the registration or account-opening process constitutes an electronic signature under the ESIGN Act and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
